PAYMENTS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS/REFUNDS

Payments:

We prefer payments to be made through Paypal, as it is a quick and secure method to transfer
funds both domestically and internationally. If you don't have a Paypal account, it is free to sign
up for one at
www.paypal.com. However, if you prefer another method of payment, we also
accept payment by phone (530-870-8065) checks, and money orders. Please be aware that
personal checks can take up to 10 business days to clear, so item(s) will not ship until payment
has cleared the bank. We strongly discourage sending cash payments through mail.

Shipping:

Items are shipped within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.  Occasional delays may
occur due to a high volume of packages being shipped. UPS is our default shipping carrier. If you
prefer to have packages shipped using another method, please contact us to make
arrangements. Tracking numbers will be emailed if available.

Shipping times refer to business days. Saturday deliveries may be available to certain areas for a
charge. Please contact us if you need a Saturday delivery.

Shipping prices are determined by weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the
destination. Multiple purchases will be combined to save cost of shipping.

Returns or Refunds:

We accept returns or exchanges within thirty (30) days of original purchase date. Please contact
us if you plan on returning or exchanging an item. Items must be returned in unused condition.  
Please do your research when purchasing. Return shipping costs are at buyer's expense unless a
mistake was made on our part.

Damages and Claims:

If your item(s) were damaged during transit, please leave in original packaging and condition
and contact us immediately so that we may start a claim on your behalf. If possible, please send
photos of damaged item(s) to
mike@old-stf.com.
